Privacy policy

This page explains, in plain English, what FormHeartbeat collects through this website and the pilot request form, and what we do with it.

Who we are

FormHeartbeat is operated by Agam Ben Abu, 1 HaYakim St., Tel Adashim, Israel. Contact: hello@getformheartbeat.com.

What the pilot form collects

• Your agency name
• Your work email address
• The contact page URLs you send us (up to 10)
• Your consent to be contacted about the pilot, and the time of the request

We use this only to set up and run your pilot and to email you about it. During monitoring we load the public pages you sent us; we never submit forms on them.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Requests are stored privately in Cloudflare Workers KV (Cloudflare, Inc.), which is not publicly accessible. A copy of each request is emailed to hello@getformheartbeat.com using Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), our email delivery provider. Monitoring alerts are also sent through an email delivery provider.

The free form check

The free checker needs no email. We load the page you enter once, read-only, and show you the result. We don’t store the URL in our records or logs; the result is cached for 10 minutes so repeat checks don’t hit the site again, and we keep only daily totals (number of checks and how many were OK, FAIL or UNVERIFIABLE). To limit abuse, we count checks per visitor using a salted, daily-rotating hash of your IP address, kept for at most one hour; the IP address itself is not stored.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. We also keep our own aggregate counters (page views and button clicks) with no cookies, no user IDs and no fingerprinting. This site sets no cookies.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or rent your data, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service providers above, as needed to run the service.

Retention and your choices

We keep pilot request details while the pilot or a subscription is active, or until you ask us to delete them. To see, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving emails, write to hello@getformheartbeat.com and we will act on it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
